Terms of Service

Welcome to Nexlify Global. By accessing our website, using our client portals, or signing a statement of work (SOW) for our BPO services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provision

Nexlify Global agrees to supply business process outsourcing services, customer support squads, and administrative automation workflows as specified in individual signed client agreements and statement of works (SOW). All performance guarantees are governed strictly by the SLA metrics outlined in the SOW.

2. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep secret all proprietary operational, technical, and corporate data shared during the partnership engagement, governed by a mutually executed NDA.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients agree to provide legitimate customer communication databases and comply with regional messaging guidelines (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM). Nexlify Global reserves the right to suspend operations if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific service under the SOW during the preceding 3-month period.
